How 1-on-1 Training Works

Preparation Fitness offers two levels of individual development. Both follow the same structured philosophy, but differ in trainer experience level, intensity, and depth of correction. 

Elite Tier

Train with Genesis Parker herself. This is for athletes seeking advanced skill refinement, detailed correction, and direct training from the founder of Preparation Fitness.

Performance Tier

Train with our Development Staff. This is for athletes building strong fundamentals while progressing into game ready confidence, structured skill work, and competitive consistency.

Real development is not random. It is built through consistency, structure, and intentional work over time. This 1 month commitment program is designed for athletes who are serious about growth and ready to train with purpose.

  • If you are ready for advanced skill refinement, detailed correction, choose the ELITE tier to train with the founder of Preparation Fitness, Genesis Parker.
